With Atrivity, you can set up a role specifically for managers that want to observe the game in the app without impacting game activity.
Follow this process to create the user:
1. Create an observer user the same way you would create an actual user.
2. Select the game you want the user to access before editing their profile where you do not want them to participate or be visible.
3. Edit the player's profile and mark the option “Disable challenges and trainings” shown below:
With this setting, the observer user can enter the game but cannot launch or answer challenges. Other players in the game also cannot see the user. Every time you add the user to a game for observational purposes, you must select the "Disable challenges and trainings" box. You must carry out this process on the user for each game.
