APP FAQS:



I can't download the app 
  • You are running out of memory storage space.
  • Consider getting a device with a minimum storage of 150 mb. But 300 Mb  is more comfort,   because of the photos and videos


I get the error "No connection to Server". 
  • There is no Internet 3G/4G/5G or WIFI is too lower.


When trying to log in it gives an unknown user error or "Invalid Login" 
  • On the initial screen, you must log in with the e-mail address and password provided, and choose the option "LOG IN".


I've forgot my password , How to reset my password?
  • In this case, you have to enter your email address on the login screen and then click on the bottom to remember your password "Forgot your password? Enter your email and click here".



I can't download the app, it says "account invalid" in the App Store or Play Store. 
  • Do not use your Atrivity username and password for this, use your iTunes or Google account to download the app, just like all other apps.


I can't see 'Atrivity' in the App stores (Play store or Apple store) 
  • Android version issue or device not supported.
  • Android 5.1 or higher is required  and IOS>=10 
  • Your organization disabled the access to other apps still not allowed 


May I change App language? 
  • Yes, when you install the app, it will automatically use the language of your device if possible. However, you can go to Settings - Change language to change it: 
    • 1) App Language (Spanish, English, French, Catalan or Dutch).
    • 2) Language of question content (depends on the languages available in the games participate in).


What If I receive a call while I am playing ? Does it stop and I lose the current question, why?
  • To avoid possible cheating in the game, whenever you interrupt a challenge you will lose the current question, but you will still be able to answer the next ones.
  • We recommend using "do not disturb" on iPhone/iPad at times of high concentration in the game if you want no one to disturb you or stop the challenge.
It does not calculate my points at the end of a challenge 
  • You will be able to see how many points you have scored by getting the questions right, but the points are not consolidated in the game until the challenger and the opponent both complete the challenge. 


How can I see if I have outstanding challenges? 
  • On the game, on the Challenges screen, you will see the pending challenges under the "My Turn" section.
  • On the game screen you can see a red bullet in the top right corner of the game logo indicating the number of challenges pending.


How do I make another favourite player?  
  • Select a player from the ranking by pressing the heart, or when selecting an opponent for a new challenge. 


 How can I see the messages I have got?  
  • From the games list or the challenges screen you will see an icon in the top left corner indicating the number of challenges pending (above) and the number of messages pending to read (below).
  • If you click on this icon you will access the campaigns enabled for you, and once inside you will see the list of messages. Access the messages to see the content (body).
